One of my favorite things in life is traveling the world, living in a question, turning strangers into friends, sharing moments of connection and beauty, moments of radical presence and openness of hearts. I am.... who I am:-), I can define myself as many different things but all of those identities will be just a very small part of my true essence. As of now I am a wonderer, who is open to new things, adventures and experiences on and outside of Earth; an open hearted student&teacher; sometimes a health freak and other times a gourmet or a food junkie; an intuitive transformational guide and consciousness alchemist who has been facilitating&witnessing awareness working with people for the last 16 years, sometimes a biohacker, a hot yoga and Acro yoga lover, CI dancer, mom, artist, daughter, friend, and thousands of other things and roles that I am experiencing in this body here and now😉

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The idea of Earth being my home deeply inspires me.
A world where you can travel anywhere, and no matter where you are, there is always someone you have never met, yet someone who is open enough to offer you the most precious gift of all: their time.
Someone willing to welcome you, share a meal, offer you a bed, open their world to you, and create a human connection where, just moments before, there was none.
It is simply amazing. When you really think about it, it feels like a true miracle.
There’s something almost sacred in it, like the planet stops being a map and becomes a living home.

In short I love : depth of a true connection, adventures, traveling, meeting people and places heart to heart, having real deep conversations and swimming with dolphins.
Art in all forms, acrilic pouring and mix media painting, gourmet cooking, meditation, dancing, Acro Yoga, hot Yoga, Contact Improve dance, hiking , reading, swimming, energy medicine, nature, awareness, reading, learning languages, playing pool, curling, skiing, studying longevity, creating new ways to optimal health, biohacking, camping, coaching, helping , healing and many many more.
Recently I adopted a beautiful walnut flute and now am learning to create my music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing and totally crazy things I did it was on Jamaica. I jumped into a natural pool filled with sharks and stingrays in the middle of an ocean.

I can share with you my knowledge about fascia and body wisdom and introduce you to a world of effortless movement through bio-dynamics and Axis Syllabus. We can play with acrylics and create one of a kind pouring art or paint with your fingers. I can teach you how to connect to your intuitive side and how to choose the right foods for your body and mind. I can share practices that will expand your awareness of who you truly are:-)
