ABOUT ME

Hi! I am an easygoing Polish-American girl looking to explore the world. I grew up in Chicago, studied in Copenhagen and Brussels, and worked in microfinance in Nigeria. I want to learn as many languages as I can, travel as much as I can, and meet fellow world travelers as I cross the globe in search of new adventures. I love meeting new people, living a drama-free life and not being bogged down in any one place for anything or anyone. I love sports, indie films and music, dancing, partying till the sun comes up, and cooking, especially ethnic dishes.

PHILOSOPHY

You can sleep when you're dead... well, that's my partying motto; my life motto is more in line with personal growth through extension outside of your comfort zone and gaining empathy for how others live their lives. Get out of your bubble people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I became a convert to CS after my first experience being hosted in Casablanca. I was rather terrified at the idea at first, but my experience in Morocco turned into my best trip yet. Our host was amazing, generous, fun, etc. etc...I could go on for hours. Since then, my roommate and I have hosted and surfed a few times and plan to do both a lot more in the coming year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, so great! Amazing couch surfing times in Morocco and Madrid and equally great times hosting people from all over the world with my roommate Leia in Brussels.
