About Me

Sorry, but I won't answer copy-paste messages. Make sure that you read the "Important info" of my profile before send me a request, and let me know that you are ok with that on your message.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling, but not as a tourist. I'd rather do it in an integrated way in the culture and with the locals. Couchsurfing has been a revelation for me. Its philosophy matches with my idea of traveling and living. I started using couchsurfing as a guest, and now I am happy to do it as a host too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Way of Saint James or "Camino de Santiago" was one of the best experiencies in my life. I walked The Way alone in the summer of 2014, from Saint Jean Pied de Port (France) to Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain). 800 Km in 35 days. The way is more than just walking. Knowing its centuries of history in its monuments. Walking through its landscapes, feeling part of nature like never before. Meeting people from around the world and realize that language is never a barrier to communicate. Learning that we don't need more to live than what it fits in a backpack. Blisters, thirst, fatigue... are just petty annoyances when motivation to achieve a goal is so high. Experiencing how happiness is in the simplest things of our daily life. Highly recommended!
