Hi everyone! I am an ordinary guy from Ukraine with open heart who beliefs in humanity and discovers the world through hitchhiking and communication with diverse cultures. Actually, hitchiking is one of my hobbies. I like this way of travelling cause you have a lot of time to talk with new people and freedom to change your trip plans at any time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am in love with CS since we've faced in 2016. From that time I recognized CS members are the most kind and open people I ever met. Each one is like an encyclopedia with own huge life experience and thrilled stories. Sharing knowledge and ideas with those people is the most magnificent thing. Each of our conversations ended late at night when we had totally tired and just fall asleep.
People who are on this road, I love you and thanks for being in my life.

I am interested in agriculture, sustainable food production, world economy, politics, upcycling, ecology, hi-tech industry, psychology a little bit, management and many others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm loving drama films. For example: Room with Brie Larson or Allied with Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard or Hacksaw Ridge by Mel Gibson.
As for books, I read everything. From pop-literature like Ransom Riggs "Peculiar children" to specific like "Code" by Charles Petzold. Between them are situated: Erich Maria Remarque, Dan Brown, Ernest Miller Hemingway, Bulgakov, Stephen King, Ray Bradbury, Charles Bukowski and many others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1)I've seen European Commissioner Johannes Hahn when I came to my work place - Ukrainian parliament. I worked there like deputy assistant.
It sounds not so amazing, but I was surprised :)

2) Once I had a hitchhiking trip through Austria and Hungary to my home in Ukraine, Kyiv. I've crossed the Hungarian-Ukrainian border 5 minutes till the end of my visa duration. And the next day I had to be in Kyiv (770 km from the border) to do my job interview in Coca-Cola. And yeah, I arrived on time. Have to say, it was very important for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would happy to share all my background if that be interesting for you.
I can teach you in cooking Ukrainian cuisine dishes, share some tips in travel, design a simple website, tell some jokes, teach bachata, tango, waltz or how to easy knit bracelets.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I share some stuff in memory that I often bring from my country to my hosts. Either, I could share an opinion or advice if it's necessary. And of course, I'm ready to share with my host all stuff that I have in trip.
