ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Olena/Helen Bilopolska. I'm 26. I love Japan. I practice 合気道 and have a 3 kyu yet. I'm studying Japanese for 2 years and have the 4 kyu of 日本語能力試験. But I hope to pass the next level this winter, so I really need some practice))
I've been living in Prague for a few years and studying International Business Relations at the University of New York in Prague. I haven't graduate from that university, because of my family circumstances, but I speak English fluently. Also I speak czech (level B2). And, of course, I speak Ukrainian and Russian. Now I came back to Ukraine (my motherland) and also studying at the university. At the same time I have my own little business - online store for confectioners (where I sell mostly decoraiting supplies). I love to bake by myself and from time to time I make candy bars (a table with sweets) for weddings or birthday parties. But I steel searching for my place in life.

I love to travel (sometimes I feel like it's the only time when I'm alive). I have a driving license and I like to travel by car. I just came back from Montenegro (which I crossed with my friends from South to North and from East to West). But I hate felling myself a tourist. I prefer getting to know the country from the inside. Speaking with locals, making new friends. But honestly, I'm introvert (most of the time), so it's difficult for me to make new friends.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that everyone has his own path. And that people are not complete until they found they own. Also I believe that someone is waiting for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is "The Prestige" (I love everything that even a little bit touches identity of Nikola Tesla))
I like to spend some evening (ok, night;) with a cup of tea and a new episode of "The Big Bang Theory" (Sheldon rules!)
I still love children's literature (The Little Prince, Dark Materials etc.), and Hayao Miyazaky movies. I read a lot, but can't say that I like everything that I read. I just can't stop on the half way, always expect that it will be something just great in the end.

I like a dance music and something for the soul, but I'm not an expert.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to bake and I can teach how to bake cakes and cupcakes (even vegetarian, of course if ingredients will be available) . Also I can share some basic Aikido techniques ;) And if you would like I can teach some Russian phrases.
