I'm a very open-minded and talkative person, a feminist and a vegetarian.
People say that I have a unique laugh but my mom told me once that I laugh like a horse. Well, you can decide on your own what is true, when you meet me.
I love sending postcards and letters, can easily live without Internet for 2 weeks or more and don't like people doing smth with their smartphones all the time as if they are so busy. So I am the one with a book in a train and do like other people reading real books in the trains.

Music, Movies, and Books

Old music. The Beatles, ABBA, Queen, Beach Boys etc. And jazz music of course since I am a lindy hop (swing) dancer. I'm listening to WDR4 while cooking, sometimes I forget about my food and just dance in the kitchen:)
I like Pedro Almodovar movies. And for sure movies that make you think about the things most people don't speak about. It can be "The Desert Flower", "The Stoning of Soraya M." or "The Danish girl" for example.
As for books, I love "Milk and Honey", "The Why Cafe", "The Unbearable Lightness of Being", "The Alchemist", "The Diary of Anne Frank", "The Desert Flower".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking around 300 km along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean from Porto to Santiago.
Teaching English at school in India.
Mountain climbing and Via Ferrata in the south of France.
Watching northern lights and jumping into the icecold water of a frozen lake after sauna in Lapland.
Bathing in a hot spring thermal river, walking on a glacier and under waterfalls in Iceland.
Cycling under the rain and hail in Amalfi coast of Italy.
Working in a hospice and learning there about palliative care.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can teach you a bit of Russian if you want (it's my mother tongue) or practice with you English and German.
As for learning, I'm always happy to learn something new about other countries and cultures. I enjoy dancing lindy hop, so I will be very happy if you can teach me some new moves. And I want to learn Spanish one day.
