About Me

Hey there! I haven't been to many places, but I definitely plan to visit as many countries and cities as possible. I like to travel solo, but at the same time enjoy company and always try to get the most out of the place I'm visiting. I'm very keen on talking, sharing stories, seeing the unconventional sights together, that's why I am here!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The idea of Couchserfing is very close to the way I see the world: united, full of nice people willing to help each other and share the best of their personalities and cultures they belong to. I believe that those who are on the same page with me are here, on Couchsurfing, and so I'm very excited to meet up with some :)

Interests

I'm passionate about music, both modern and of the past, pop and folk etc. Classical music has its own charm for me and once in a while I try to find some time to go out to some concert. What's more, I'm really fond of walking and spending time outdoors in general, and getting lost somewhere is just a challenge to get to know the place better!
I'm also fascinated with books and write stories based on my life and crazy imagination;)
I can't but mention that I find it a pleasure to be a volunteer, be helpful for others and make positive changes just around me.

Music, Movies, and Books

As for music, my long-time favorites are Queen and Depeche Mode.
My taste for movies is a bit too diverse, I like both slow and melancholic ones like Swedish "Let the Right One In"; a bit crazy "Adventure Time" and lovely Miyazaki's masterpieces.
As for books, I have too many to choose one, but in general I like classical literature, both foreign and Russian, and fantastics like Azimov!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haha, hard to choose, but there are two crazy things:

- hiking a mountain with an injured leg (I adore mountains and just couldn't miss a chance!)

- walking a long way in the forest in a very frosty weather.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Definitely my optimism, stories about the trips I've done before (mostly in my own country) and, if needed, baking skills;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Poland, South Korea, Ukraine, Viet Nam
