ABOUT ME
Like most members of CS I'm addicted to travelling:) I was 14 when I went abroad for the first time and ever since then my heart starts beating faster when I think of places I've never been to. For the last 5 years I've been crossing Europe in all possible directions hitchhiking, taking night busses or hopping on trains without tickets (psst!). I never cared about saving time and considering planes as the feeling of the road is something as important to me as the final destination itself. All the time getting lost in forests, climbing fences while searching for gas stations, talking to drivers in languages I've never learnt I find myself a-l-i-v-e - not just breathing, moving parts of my body etc. but actually living in the most beautiful sense of it.
I never had a budget allowing me to travel for several months in a row, but I always knew that money is the last thing that can stop you from pursuing your dream. Several years ago I've started selling some of the drawings I made along my way and it turned into such a magical experience that later I decided to start some kind of 'art challenges'. Having examples of illustrations that I can create alongside I was open for requests and this way received so many wonderful stories, wishes and inspiration from people I would've probably never met anyhow else.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in a kind of Help Exchange in the world which means everytime trying to help anyhow but not waiting for anything back directly from the person u've helped. I was helped so many times in different situations that I always feel that my help might be also needed somewhere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm trying to place my foreign friends once they visit me in Saint-Petersburg, though unfortunately i don't have my personal place atm. Quite actively showing my city, so hit me up when you're here.
I've been traveling with Couchsurfing from 2013 and had loads of really great trips, amazing hosts and awesome adventures. I can't say it's always been only positive, but well.. that can be said about everything in life, right?:) I'd even say I like these sometimes rather neutral or awkward experiences cause afterwards you start really appreciating all these amazing peeps letting you stay with them and share the joy of traveling, laughing, telling stories and many other precious things!
Interests
I'm obsessed with different forms of arts. Doing fine and applied arts myself, I'm a big fan of theatre, ballet and literature. Traveling all by hitchhiking, couchsurfing, volunteering sometimes, drawing on the streets and then selling my works to tourists I want to have my own studio one day to be able to welcome all the traveling artists at my place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe that our life itself is this amazing thing..
But well okay jumping 6 metres down from the highway after hitching 1200km Paris - Genova in one day was something memorable :)))
Teach, Learn, Share
Life has proved to me so far that whatever happens it always has it's positive side. It can be a life challenge and at the moment you face it you may think it's the worst thing ever happened to you but even if it is, then afterwards you become much much stronger. Complain less, don't blame anybody and believe in your abilities.
Take care and share your optimism with others:)
