ABOUT ME

My greatest skill appears to be being cheerful from the moment I wake up -especially while travelling. Not sure where that comes from, seeing new places gives me ridiculous amounts of energy and enthusiasm :)

Some basic information: I'm a Polish girl living and studying veterinary medicine in Vienna. I tend to come across as a little shy at first, but that soon changes (especially if a drink or two is involved ;) ), and then -good luck getting me to shut up! ;)

I'm a vegetarian, but don't worry, not the preaching kind.

Music, Movies, and Books

If I could, I'd spend my days curled up in bed with a nice stack of books next to it. My favourites are Kurt Vonnegut,Charles Dickens, Dostojweski, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Joseph Heller, Mika Waltari, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams and many more... any author that teaches me something, moves me or just makes me snort tea through my nose with laughter joins the list!

When it comes to music, I'm not too picky. Along bands like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, I like a bit of Brit Pop and indie rock. I love exploring indie clubs -so if there’s one near you, let me know ;) -and going to festivals!
Recently I opt for classical music more, though I'm by no means a connoisseur.

Not much of a film-freak, I enjoy Guy Ritchie films, Richard Curtis comedies, Simon Pegg ‘s bizarre stuff. Have yet to learn to watch movies for anything other than pure entertainment ;)
