Music: Mantras; Folk; Chill out; Relax; Nature sounds.

Books: As a child I loved books about animals. One of the most favorite books that I've read many times "Flying north" V.D. Fedorov. Some of the best books I ever read: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali; Bhagavad Gita; Gregory David Roberts "Shantaram"; Diane Setterfield "The Thirteenth Tale"; Alexander Romanovich Belyaev (Russian writer of science fiction) - all the books, but especially "Professor Dowell's Head", "Amphibian Man", "Ariel" and other.

Films: Like stars on Earth; Memoirs of a Geisha (the film I have seen the most often in my life)); The Intouchables; Chocolat; Salmon Fishing in the Yemen; Meet Joe Black; Pride and Prejudice and many others)

One Amazing Thing I've Done... my dismissal))). I work as a lawyer for five years. Then one day I decided I had enough)) Then I went to the courses for yoga teachers. Now, I teach yoga and is very happy.
