Overview
About Me
I work as a QA Engineer in a russian software company called ABBYY.
I can get overwhelmed by big crowds and a day long non-stop conversations, but I Iove meeting new people around the world when they come in small packs :)
Not exactly a party-hard kind of girl, but can handle a night out if I put myself to it :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here rather more for connections than accomodations. So far I did pretty good staying in hostels, where you also meet a lot of people from litrally everywhere. Couchsurfing is just another way for me to find great people to hang out with.
Interests
My two main interests are:
1) music, both classical and modern (I'm trying, with moderate success to learn to play the piano),
2) books - both from the reader's and the writer's point of vew. I kind of like to make things up and write them down.
On the more active side, I immensely enjoy hiking, espesially in mountainous areas.
Also, I jog, both for health and pleasure, and enjoy doing this in scenic places, like a seaside or path on a mountainside - you just dont get a lot of these in Moscow :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On the summer of '15 I went on a two-week long horseback hike in the wild montainous region of Russia called Altai (if you've never heard of it, google it and look at the pictures, it's absolutey EPIC).
This region only has one relatively big city, the rest is small villages and, for the most part, wild and astonishingly beautiful country - if you're ever tired of all the people around - that's the place for you :)
Amazing experience that I'll never forget and hope to repeat someday.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belarus, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine
