ABOUT ME

Im just an usual girl that recently found her way to follow her dream. I chose travelling over high heels, new cover of vogue magazine and new nail polish. It all started with a book telling a story of a polish couple hitch-hiking for 5 years (this is my dream but for now i have shorter journeys planned). What am I like? Different every day, depends how much alcohol i drink before- hahah ok im kidding. I love my life, i love people i love travelling. Im happy because i met wonderful people (through cs also) i've had some amazing adventures and i understoo whats important for me- people. And i hope it is just the beginning. It doesnt really matter where you are but with whom- thats why cs is just awesome:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch-hiking with my friend was an amazing experience.
Our first time? We went to Croatia and the last time we travelled to Montenegro. Every time there are incredible adventures happening to us. The ones that I will always remember. Of course we have our rules, that we always follow. Almost always…
1. We never separate – once we were trying to find someone to drive us to Berlin from Poznan and we were waiting quite long. Two trucks stopped. The driver from the first one said that they can take us there but, one of you goes with me and one of you goes with my friend from the second truck. 3 seconds to think about it… Olga you shouldn’t do it…. Ok, you only live once! And we got to Berlin safe and sound
2. We never enter a car when there is min 2 guys- we were hitch-hiking in Malaga and it was like 5pm and we had 300km to go… a car stopped and there were three Spanish guys inside. What did we do? We entered and for the whole journey we were talking with them in Spanish (although we do not speak Spanish. And we heard a word menina like 1000 times
3. We don’t hitch-hike when it is dark – of course many times we had to do it, even though it was dark and late and we still had a long way to get to our host. And once there was an older Spanish guy that stopped, he looked like my grandpa or even great grandpna… and again we had the same problem because he only spoke Spanish, but we went with him, we kind of didn’t have much choice, and probably a grandpa wouldn’t hurt us anyway. He said that we are probably hungry and we went to a restaurant, all the time talking in Spanish… then he took us to his house, showed us the pictures of his grandkids, he was telling us some stories about his life… at least I think so. He gave us the guest room, we said good night and I went to the bathroom leaving my friend alone In the room. I came back after a minute and I can see my friend being scared and then she said “olga turn around”… and there he is. Our grandpa wearing blue pants and trying to pose like a superman, that has just saved the world. I was shocked and I started saying no no no, and then he asked ‘porque?!’ but luckily he understood that we are not interested, he went to bed and the next day he took us to a place where we could hitch-hike again.
