ABOUT ME

Hello :) !! As you can see, my name is Olga. I love nature, especially water and trees, as well as all animals, including man (although we 've made a lot of mistakes at the expense of nature and less powerful human beings). I have been a vegetarian (since 2010) and I am fond of hugging; tree-hugging is my favorite!!

PHILOSOPHY

I am a member of the Worldwide Humanist Movement, which has founded the World Without Wars and Violence (www.kosmosxorispolemous.gr , www.theworldmarch.org)
My philosophy is be the change you want to see in the world (Gandhi)!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am willing to show you round Athens! And if our schedules match, maybe I can show you round Salonica (Thessaloniki), too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For now I have just met many Athenian couch surfers, whom I have found very interesting!! But this is only a promising beginning...!
Update; have already hosted many csurfers and also have surfed myself 2 couches (Crete/Greece; Budapest/Hungary) !

Interests

I am interested in the environment, as well as in everything regarding Psychology. I am also interested in making new acquaintances and hopefully friendships! I like listening to music, playing the piano (but I rarely do so), swimming (all the year round), playing chess, poe (those juggling colorful ribbons), practicing Tai Chi and Kung Fu, I enjoy dancing and I am fond of taking long walks especially at night (hoping that it is safe!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen footprints of newborn turtles on the beach on their way to the sea for their very first time!!!
I have taken a few steps on stilts!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how to play poe, the colorful juggle ribbons!
It would be great if you could teach me some juggling or vegetarian/vegan cooking! But I am interested in learning in general, so everything you may want to teach me is more than welcome!!
