I love travelling and experiencing new cultures. Over last 3 years I lived in Poland, Italy and India. And few months ago I moved to Bratislava in Slovakia and started new life over here :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I cannot offer you a couch, however during weekend I might be available to show you around a bit. But remember I am not local (I'm polish), so don't expect me to tell you much about Bratislava/Slovakia or slovak culture because I simply don't know it myself ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. Always met amazing and very friendly people. And the opportunity of staying with locals in their houses (lots of various interesting kinds :D) is the best thing in the world. I would never experience so much if staying in a hostel!

Interests

I love travelling, meeting people from the whole world and learning more about their countries and culture. I do sports such as tennis, snowboarding and windsurfing. And I love learning foreign languages!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently I like all kinds of music (maybe except for techno :P) but I'm mainly fond of rock and indian music.
Generally I don't have much time for reading but my favourite books are "The Kite Runner" and "A thousand splendid suns" by Khaled Hosseini, "The shadow of the wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafón and "Shantaram" by Gregory David Roberts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Things I've done: bungee jumping, flying in a glider and paragliding in the HimalayasAmazing place I've seen: living root bridges in Cherrapunjee and the jungle all around
