My personal mission is to be a better person each day !

Traveling at the moment with my wonderful girlfriend Angelique, she's 31yo, from Annecy (France) where we plan to go living and make our new home after our travels.

Open myself to new things, new culture... CS: Host, share and show the best part of my home country.

ABOUT ME

I am this kind of friendly guy who enjoy life and takes the best of each moment ! I love meeting people, talk about anything and share stories especially about travels. I am quite open minded and what I like when meeting new people is feeling like we are good friends since forever.

I am a really active person as I am doing sport almost everyday and I love discovering new things, new places.
I will always be up for any sporty activities and I will try to do my best in everything I am doing.

Angelique is a lovely person who also love to meet new people and learn new things. Very active, love the mountains and seeing amazing landscapes.

We both are nature lovers, love being outside, hiking in remote places. We prefer the quiet and beauty of nature to the rush and hyperactivity of cities.

I think also that if you want to know more about us, you should just meet us and make you own opinion ;-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am involved in CS trying to meet different people, enlarge my wisdom about the world and all different cultures.

When I am home (and when I have a "home"), I am hosting people who come along or poeple wanting to share a little part of their trip. My vision of CS is that this is a community to help each other: if I am traveling, I would be really greatful for meeting people, surf with others, beeing the guest of someone, ... So when I am hosting, I am trying to make my guests the most comfortable as I can so that I will be a good little part of their own trip :D

And because everyone is awesome and different, everywhere is amazing, I want to learn about all horizons.

I open my house to anyone who wants to share a good time and teach me something ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered CS while I was traveling in Oz and had few experiences surfing/traveling with other members.

SURFING/TRAVELING

I met crazy people showing me around the Melbourne city and sharing road trips with others.
We had a crazy Xmas having BBQ on the beach than going to a CS member with many many other for a incredible night,...
I went to festivals with CSers and the best I went to is the ConFest at Easter near Moulamein in the Australian bush. I met Phil who became a really close friend now ! I won't tell you more about this, just go to it in discover the magic of this event ;-)

I went alone in Tasmania with my campervan and found on the road (with CS help) 2 french girls to discover the island. We spent 2 weeks and had amazing time. Still in touch with 1 of them and are good friends too.

HOSTING

I remember the first time I was hosting in Belgium it was this belgian couple asking me to stay at my place in Belgium but it was while I was in Australia :D Thanks to my parents, I put them in contact and they stayed at my parents' place for 2 days.

Afterwards, when I had my own "home" I decided to check for surfers around and this is how few people came to surf my couch and share my life.

I am still hosting where I live until I go traveling again.

兴趣

I just love sports because it makes me feel good after, it develops my body and my mental. The sports I am (was) practicing are : mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing, slackline, (bikram yoga).
Doing 2-3 times rock climbing at least.

I enjoy beeing outside at night, sit in front of a fire, share a beer and tell/listen stories or sing songs together

I would like to play djembe, cajon and percussion in general but I need to practice and learn, I would be really happy if someone could help me improve myself in that activity :-)

I love music, it's part of my life as if have an overview of me so far, music has been the element which changed me for every different style of my life that I have been through. I listen almost all kind of music but I would say my best is electronic music (I love Chillout ans soul electro songs)

I listen lots of electronic music but I like many diffrent styles : Folk, Ska, Reggae, Rap, Pop, Chillout, Soul, Acoustic, Rock, ...

BOOKS

I am definitely not a big reader because I don't take enough time for it. The books I like to read are talking about travel, journey, self improvement, new age, polar, ...

MOVIES

I like action movies in general and good old french humoristic movies.

Tandem sky diving is definitely the most exciting thing I have done so far.

I can teach you what I love : mainly sport like MTB, rock climbing, slackline. I can also teach French if you are ready for this...

I love to share stories about travels and good moments we have lived.

We can teach you our language (French) but we can also make you experience one or two local cooking dishes, tell you about our hometown, travels, experiences, ...

Angelique can talk about nutrition and can also make some basic Origami
