Born and raised in an island city in China, I'm now a community organizer & educator in NYC. I love and want to make theater, films and music. In my 20s and 30s I would like to explore ways to redefine and improve public education, democratic organizing and mental health by working with narratives, researches and policies.

I have worked as a music agent, a project manager and a hostel manager before. Aspiring to write stories, make movies and music, and be a life-long learner and traveler, I always make dues with the anxiety of not doing enough towards my goals and interests through reading and wandering around New York City.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think it would be fun to meet locals and I don't have much money to pay for hotels. And I'd like to meet local people who are kind enough to be willing to share their space.
