About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"My goal is to build a life I don't need a vacation from" - one of my favorite quotes I've recently found.
Finding out my ideal lifestyle in which I can combine travelling, working and creating my little things.
ABOUT ME
My life and my personal version of it completely changed when I started to live abroad and travel for longer periods of time. I like travelling cheap but "rich", easy and natural. Hitch hiking if possible or with a van, camping at the beach or hiking a mountain, learning from Communities and Farms, and of course, staying with locals to experience how real life is in the place where I get.
Can't wait to start a new adventure, a new life learning.
PHILOSOPHY
Make the most of everything, enjoy little moments and dream big, feel deep and with love. Details make a difference. Respect yourself and Mother Earth. Find out that what you love should love you too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I really believe on the idea of helping others and that travellers get connected. Travelling just as a tourist visiting a place from a superficial point of view is not as interesting as getting to know the place through someone who can show you the live reality of it. And if you find a host you share some interests with, it could be like staying with a friend.
At the moment I'm travelling so I will probably look for hosts or meet-ups :) But if anyone needs information about Alicante, Spain or the places where I've stayed, just let me know and I can see if I could help you in any possible way
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The first time I did something similar to couchsurfing was through friends of friends around Germany in 2011, thanks to facebook connection.
When I was living in Alicante and my friends where hosting people, we were meeting together. Then, when I was travelling in Europe alone in 2013 or with a friend in 2014, I was using this site and it was great. I've also connected people who needed a host when I couldn't host them.
Interests
Beautiful things. Things that come from the heart, handmade things, inspiring and positive people to learn from and share with.
I like enjoying the pleasures of life, reading and watching people, so I can't avoid feeling, thinking and writing.
I love art and the beauty in people and nature, so I'm learning to draw and paint.
Cooking and eating...
Can't live without music, I don't play an instrument (yet) or sing very well... but I love dancing :) Now learning to improve and combine my personal stretching and relaxing exercises with yoga.
The pleasure of travelling, discovering amazing landscapes, meeting people, living in the countryside and the forest... learning to have a more sustainable and healthier eating habits and lifestyle.
Infinite curiosity about languages and cultures.
For some time, I was addicted to my bike until I left it in Portugal to continue travelling.
