I believe It's amazing way to get to know the culture of the country by staying with a local because they have so much knowledge. I guess this way you get to really appreciate the way of life by seeing a local live like that.
Also, moving to another country thought me how amazing stepping out of the comfort zone and going out to people is. I met amazing people so far and I want more lol!
