Hi, My name is Oline :)
Currently I am a student in Aarhus (Denmark)
I was born and raised in a small village called Ukkusissat ( Greenland )
I must warn you if you ever want to visit my home village, you will never get lost and you literally don't need cars to get around :)

My mother tounge is Greenlandic, my second language is Danish (I don't have a foreign accent when I speak Danish, but I am not quite fully fluent yet)
The third language I can speak is English, I can fully understand English but the are few occasions where I don't understand a few words. Sometimes, I am not quite the best when I try to explain things, because I often mix Danish and English to communicate, especially right now in my school, we primarily use Danish and English as the second language.

I can be quite shy and quiet often, but I am also very honest and can be blunt about things.
Mostly I like to keep to myself but I also enjoy to be with a person and engage myself in the conversations and have fun or just relaxing, simply enjoying the day.
I also like dancing and singing but that is only enjoyment for me, I must warn you that I am Not pro at all ( and I mostly sing when I am alone or with my closest friend/s ) :D
I have a slight deeper voice than average female/girly voice but have a quite high/loud laugh when I truly laugh from my heart.
( But that is just from my point of view :D )

I am also very interested in asian culture, because somehow, ever since I was a child I have always found asian culture and language fascinating.

One of my biggest wish is to visit is, Japan, or maybe even live in Japan for few years (with my one of my best friends)
I also want to visit South Korea and China and maybe Thailand.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that, it is a great oppotunity to travel and meet new people by Couchsurfing/hosting in a different way and in a cheaper way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I cannot choose my favorite music because! I like,, no I Love listening to music and it depends on what I am in mood for listening.
For example I like genres like from Metal to classic music, from Rock and roll to rap music, R&B's, Country musics, hiphop,
( Also kpop, jrock and visual kei)
and even opera, but the only opera singer I like so far is from Nightwish and the russian man called Vitas.
I often like calm music when I we have a multiart class or when we have songwriting.

Movies/books I like any kind of genre in movies/books as long as it caught my interest Like: documentaries, fictions, histories, cartoons, anime/manga, action, romance, drama and series. But lately I read more often than watching movies or televion.

The reason I didn't mention scary movies or thriller is, I don't like watching those kind of movies alone or when I have to sleep alone (when the scary movie has been much more scarier than I originally had thought o.O ),,,,, but I do like to watch them sometimes, why? Because I am curious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived my teenage life. But that is another story to tell for a different time and place. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I will give my best to teach you.
But I don't know what I can teach you, it depends on what you want to learn and if I can teach you what you want to learn :)

I hope to learn/understand a different culture and language, and of cause get to know other people.

I can share some of my stories, such as where I come from, where I been, what I have learned/seen/experinced.
If I should come to live under your roof I can help with slight house cleaning ( I have some summerwork experience.) but not so much with cooking, because I am selftaught when it comes to cooking. :)
