About Me

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the U.K where I lived most of my life until the travel-bug kicked in. Traveling was always my number one priority and I don't see myself stopping any time soon... I was lucky enough to live and study in Chile for my degree. Anyway, Montréal has been home since 2017, and I love this city!

I'm definitely a people person and am extremely easy to get on with. I'm inquisitive and always open to meeting new people and discovering new ways of life in unfamiliar places. Easy-going, open-minded and honest are three qualities I like to think I bring to the table.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess I'm couchsurfing to connect and explore places, in addition to living new experiences, but mainly to meet awesome and interesting people in new places.

Interests

Aside from traveling, I'm interested in cooking and food in general - there's nothing as satisfying as spending the afternoon cooking or baking something new and exciting with a friend or two!

Music, Movies, and Books

Quite an eclectic range I'd say... ranging from Mercedes Sosa, The Idan Raichel Project, to Katie Melua (to name but a few).
I love independent Latin American cinema, and anything with Norma Aleandro or Ricardo Darin!
But my favourite films from childhood have to be Matilda and Babe (random, I know)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered on a Kibbutz!

Teach, Learn, Share

Happy to share a dinner or two, especially as I love cooking and am happiest when in the kitchen with friends.

I’m very easy going and always up to have a chat, grab a glass of wine, and explore new places with new friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll share a great meal with you, and hopefully some meaningful conversation.

A healthy dose of that good old British humour. Aside from that, just looking to share good times together and get to know all sorts of people.
