BACKPACKING EUROPE CURRENTLY then to Asia :)

Hey what's up, I'm Oliver and I'm born and raised in Canada!

Currently, I am living in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I'm fortunate enough to be participating in my school's exchange program - this experience has been life changing!

Outside of all my University classes, I enjoy exploring Edinburgh and all parts of Scotland. I'm really keen to travel about and meet people from all walks of life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always liked travelling - like many of you here; but what I really discovered travelling this year so far is that the people you travel with, the people you meet, and the activities / sights you see and do together make the experience all the more worthwhile.

I'm still young and still figuring out what I want to do with my life (besides the obvious of traveling throughout the world)! I've discovered so many new things about myself this year by studying abroad and really do believe it is because of all these new experiences and new people that I've met.

That is why I'm on couch surfing - to engage in a new travelling experience, and I want to meet new people - people from all walks of life where we can exchange stories, discoveries, food, beverages, culture and all the experiences that has helped shape who we are!

Interests

I love the outdoors - rock climbing, hiking, skiing, swimming, cliff jumping, camping - nature and me really do get a long well, I only recently discovered my love for the outdoors when I left high school, 3 years ago!

I also love to eat and trying new foods.

I also enjoy hanging out with friends, getting drinks, partying & dancing, discovering new music, having conversations about any topic mostly. Also recently getting into photography - would love to learn more.

Most importantly, living a fun and happy life - spontaneously doing what I want!
