Almost all the music I'm into is from after 2000. I'm into a few popular acts like Tame Impala and Kendrick, but otherwise I prefer things underground and experimental. One of my fav albums is made up of just samples from a washing machine, no joke.

I'm big on history and politics, so basically all the books I read are about that.

As far as movies go, a few favorites are Black Swan, Children of Men and Boogie Nights

While working as an elementary school teacher, I helped a group of kids stage a revolution on the playground, demanding to play the games that the bigger kids wouldn't let them play. It worked.
