About Me

I'm often described as enthusiastic. Originally from Yorkshire i've been living Manchester. With a degree in Product Design, i like my problem solving and any opportunity to be creative. I've had a very varied working career, from being a Travel Agent in Melbourne, NGO in Sri Lanka to pulling pints in Peru. Most of my career has been spent in Hospitality and have performed most roles in the industry. I love tea, so much so i opened my own Tea business in 2012 "The Tea and Crumpet Emporium" https://www.facebook.com/TheTeaAndCrumpetEmporium?fref=ts which is an Eco Street Cafe, my passion for tea has taken me round the world travelling some of worlds best tea growing regions. Im a travel writer and write for a local magazine called Ramblings Magazine http://www.ramblingsmagazine.co.uk/magazine/14. Love food, love cooking, especially for other people. Hiking, love that to especially long distance. I can get into any sport, but don't follow anything. Im a keen surfer. Anything social I'm into, music, love my traditional and folk. Also recently got into philosophy. Im pretty pro active and i love to work hard.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tried to walk across Europe with two friends over the Pyrenees, with virtually no money. Made it just over half way before cutting our losses, got a bus to Pamplona and built a log cabin just out side the city from where we took part in the San Fermin Festival.
