About Me
Hello there fellow traveller,
I am happy you hit the road, chasing new memories, experiences and adventures. Personally I always found couchsurfing to be one of the most enriching parts of my travels, so here I am, trying to give that back to you, the community. But who am I telling, you most likely have already done way more couchsurfing than I have :)
Anyways ... a about me:
My friends would say I am an outgoing person, mostly pretty direct (The German clichee is true :D). Living and travelling in Australia has probably sent me on a good path., as ever since I am more humble, in love with travelling and enjoy getting into contact with people from all over the world. Which I luckily have lots of chances to do, being a tutor for the Erasmus-students, member of the international student organisation Board of European Students of Technology and having gone abroad for another year. And the next one will follow, it's only a matter of time. (Edit: Well, there it is, this October (2017) I will move to Compiegne in France for half a year :)
Around 3 years ago a friend of mine sent the four of us travelling together on the wall (nope not Game of Thrones) to go and climb it. Secured of course, nevertheless we were shitting our pants :D The lust for the rush of adrenaline stayed though and ever since I am in love with climbing.
However currently I am on a break due to an injury. So we gotta hit the rock another time buddy. ;)
Other than that I will pause to catch a ray of sun, smile in the rain (if it's not an apocalyptic rain) and close my eyes to enjoy the light wind carassing me. Trying to enjoy the small things and not getting stressed out.
Everyone has a story. And I would love to hear yours & share mine if you wish so. After all I guess I am mostly just an ordinary guy making his way through life.
