I'm trying to learn as much as possible about the world we live in. My favourite way to do that is to find a reason to live abroad and try to get a close view on the local cultures, peculiarities, food, people, whatever interests me during that time. I never travel without my camera and usually try to capture the little things that make a place unique.
In my opinion, curiosity is the most important when it comes to meeting people. Here in Switzerland not many people ask questions about other people's cultures, for whatever reasons, but that's the best way to learn!

There is a study that says life feels shorter the older one gets because there are less new and memorable impressions the longer one has lived. I try to prove it wrong! ;)

I'm really interested in languages, especially Japanese at the moment. I can try to teach you some German (or even Swiss German, if you're crazy enough :D )!
