ABOUT ME

My names Oliver and I'm 25 years old. I'm English and I was born and brought up in a city called Wakefield.

I got the travelling bug when I was 17 and now I can't get enough of it. It's one of my biggest passions.

I'm a laid back and fun guy and just generally enjoy life. Especially the things that make us all different and unique.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I go to the meetings here in Leeds I host and surf. Of course the couchsurfing parties as well :). Also I did an interview for Radio 1 here in the UK about couch surfing!.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed with someone in Yokohama,Japan for 5 nights. It was a really cool experience and I found it incredibly becoming art of that persons life for a few days.

Interests

Of course I love travelling!!. I like to read and I love to meet new and interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and movies which really stir emotions.
SO music wise I like stuff like the fray. the script and shockingly country music like Kenny Chesney.
I like movies like Vanilla Sky and War of the Worlds and Batman Begins. I also like world cinema like Paris and Downfall.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a week in Finland with some good friends I met in Poland whilst traveling.
