The most excited thing I've ever seen were the Iguazú Waterfalls in Argentina/Brazil/Paraguay - an out of this world experience.

The Bungee Swing on Bohol Island, Philippines, or sand-boarding in the Atacama Desert definitely make it onto this list, too. Not to mention scrubbing an old elephant lady's back in Thailand.
