I moved to the other side of the world by myself to pursue my aspiration of becoming a scientist. And here I am, a few years later living the dream!
In 2017 I decided to travel to Thailand for a few months and ended up working in conservation education and at a turtle conservation center.

Coming from a family of chefs, I love cooking and learning new recpies as well as sharing some of my own. I’m also interested in learning about farming and sustainable food production.
