Hello and welcome! My partner Robin and I are excited to use Couchsurfing to both host and surf! We live in the small seaside town of Rockland, ME. It has become more trendy in recent years with wonderful art galleries, 2 fantastic art museums, a number of restaurants, and a few nightlife venues. It is easy to walk to the downtown Main Street from our home and we recommend it! This town still has a working waterfront and the surrounding area provides many hiking trails, small artisan shops, breweries, and villages.

Some of my favorite activities include hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, gardening, crafting, herbalism projects, and connecting with new and old friends. I love farmer's markets, good wine, live music, musicals and theatre, matcha lattes, and thrifting.

My partner Robin is a teacher but in his spare time he enjoys hiking, kayaking, woodworking, building/fixing/flying drones, watching TV shows, and snowshoeing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have both hosted and surfed through Couchsurfing. I hope to do more traveling in the future. As a host and guest the experience varies with the purpose for the trip and I am flexible and laid back.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted a couple people as well as surfed through Couchsurfing (many years ago!). I would like to do both more in the future.
