About Me
Hi!
I am a McGill University Student studying abroad at Auckland U (New Zealand). I am looking forward to meeting friendly individuals throughout my studies and trips.
I am loving the "abroad" life. Meeting people and exploring incredible places is exhilarating. Cherishing every bit of it!
One of the great pleasures of traveling is going with the flow and not be complicated! Just keep smiling good times will follow.
Back home (Montreal) I work in a restaurant and CrossFit gym. I take great pleasure in various forms of exercise and sports, namely soccer, tennis, volleyball, ice hockey, cycling, cross-country running, track and field, and horseback riding. And, abroad I have discovered my passion for surfing !!
I am very social and love traveling. Wishing to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
Cheers!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a self-sufficient student who is studying at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I love traveling but money is tight and I believe you can learn a lot more about a country by living with locals and exploring on your own instead of through agencies.
I am very open-minded and love new ideas! I am always willing to try something new.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite music is a little harder for me because I am not very picky! I like to listen to a lot of styles, however I know I do not like heavy rock/metal.
As for favorite books, I loved Khaled Hosseini's "A Thousand Splendid Suns" and "The Kite Runner", and Lawrence Hill's "The Book of Negroes". I enjoy reading true stories, or inspired by a true story books because I get to learn about different cultures and perspectives on the world.
Currently enjoying French books : "La boîte noire" by Tonino Benacquista and "La place de l'étoile" by Patrick Modiano, as well as an English book: "Shantaram" by Gregory David Roberts.
MOVIES! More recent ones that I watched and loved are Moana, Kingsman, and John Wick. In general, I love Quentin Tarantino's productions. And I cannot handle horror movies!
