About Me

Hey my name is Olivia and I’m currently on a gap year travelling mainly through South America. I am an open-minded person that is just trying to see as much of the world and the people that live in it as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I looooove learning about different cultures and traditions, I think it’s so interesting. Also Couchsurfing gives you the chance to meet so many different people which is honestly amazing. And as I already mentioned I’m on a gap year travelling, so since I’m not working I’m on a pretty low budget and Couchsurfing is indeed helpful for that.

Interests

I have many interests tbh. Obviously one of them is travelling. I can’t talk about all my interests and I can’t possibly choose the best ones either so you might as well have to meet me to get to know me more well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I honestly like so many different kinds of music, I could never decide for only one genre which is why it’s hard to really describe my taste in music. I’m more into shows than movies (even tho I do love movies too) and I like so many of them! Orange is the New Black, Wynonna Earp and One Day at a Time are only a few examples of the many shows I like. When it comes to books I’m more into educational books tbh which is kinda weird, I know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my home for a year when I was 16 to live in the United States which was a pretty awesome experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m pretty good at cooking so that’s totally something I can give and obviously sharing my culture. I’m open to learning anything tbh, in all aspects. Especially when it comes to cooking I would love to learn about new food and cultural differences.
