About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel and explore south america it's culture and language, get to know inspiring people on my way and learn from the whole experience
ABOUT ME
I'm graduated from school in spring and am currently in the famous "gap year". I have an open mind and I'm still finding out where life is going to take me in every way. I feel most comfortable in small groups and have lots of different interests. From sports to cooking to art, music and also different views of the world like religions or spirituality.
PHILOSOPHY
Life happens for you, not to you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just recently heard and learned about the couch surfing community while I was already in Costa Rica to learn Spanish. I'm traveling for 6 months through South America and want to dive as deep into the cultures of this part of the world as possible and use and practice the language, for this couch surfing seems to be the perfect opportunity.
Since I'm new I haven't had the opportunity to host any surfers but I'm planning so as soon as I'm back from my big trip.
Interests
I like to be active: running and rowing where my two passions when I was home, since I'm traveling I discovered yoga and how great it makes me feel. Also beeing outside hiking or just walking I enjoy.
In winter I love to ski and snowboard. I love to talk to people about life, share experiences and learn about theirs. I also enjoy and need time for myself and to be in peace.
An other important thing in my life is food. Cook it, eat it or talk about it. I'm conscious about what I'm putting into my body and like to learn about nutrition. I'm also always up to try something new, special or typical.
I'm up for party once in a while but definitely don't need it every day. What I'm always up for is a chill evening with good conversations, good people and good food and drinks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to New Zealand for an high school exchange when I was 15. The time there was great, totally different and hard sometimes. It thought me a lot about me, life and friendship.
One year after I returned the 8 of my best friends (from that time and all over the world) and I managed to meet in Sweden. It was just beautiful how we all connected again and how the experience we had had together made us feel like a family all over. For me it was probably the most carefree and happy 4 weeks ever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love cooking, so I would be most happy to cook a meal for you if you let me use the kitchen
I'm always open to share my own travel experiences and views of the world or learn about yours
and if anyone is interested in learning German or even Swiss German it would be a pleasure to help
