About Me
Hello fellow couchers :)
So I am more of a quiet person, but I really enjoy conversations with people either one on one or in a small group. I try to push myself to try new things and be in situations that are maybe too outgoing for my comfort level but I am almost always glad I did. I aim to be positive and live in the moment as much as I can.
I want to make my life an adventure. I want to know that I enjoyed my time here and spent it doing what I wanted and not what society and other people told me I should do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My husband and I are touring around Europe on our bicycles. Our rough plan is to tour a bit in Scotland, England, Holland, Germany, the Czech Republic and hopefully there will be time to head south for some warm sun at the end. Ambitious you say, possibly, but we plan to use trains to make up some time. Either way, I'm sure it will be a trip to remember.
Interests
I'm interested in pretty much anything outdoors and active, like hiking, camping, fishing, biking, snowshoeing etc.
I am also interested in alternate and sustainable energy sources like solar, hydro, and hemp products. I love learning about the endless list of hemp products and day dream about being on the forfront of hemp innovation.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like classic rock and pretty much anything that has a good tune, though I am in no way a music expert.
I love reading, I actually usually listen to audio books instead so I can absorb more books while I'm driving or sitting in my truck(this happens a lot in my job). I like sci fi, fantasy, classics, medieval.. really any good book, I don't let a books genre stop me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived for almost a year in a 12'x16' cabin in northern Ablerta, through the winter (so minus -45 degrees celsius is not exagerating). There was no running water or electicity, we used a wood stove and a diesel heater to heat the place. It was great. It's crazy how simpe our lives could trully be.
Teach, Learn, Share
Make life an adventure and don't settle for normal, you'll kick yourself if you do.
You regret the things you didn't do, not the things you did.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love learning about peoples lives and their experiences and sharing knowledge about life and its lessons. I understand that couchsurfing is about more then me getting a cheap place to stay and want to ensure that our hosts have a great time as well.
Countries I’ve Visited
