Hello! My name is Olivia and I am currently a college student from Minnesota studying in London, England this spring! I am a political science and business major who is eager to see as much of the world as I can while I am over here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to CS but eager to become a part of this community! I will be studying abroad in London during the Spring 2017 semester, and throughout this time I am hoping to spend some of the weekends traveling to the surrounding areas/countries either by train or if I can find a cheap flight. I would love if you could take me in during this time!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - anything classic, from Sinatra, the Beatles, Queen, Nat King Cole, etc. I do however love some John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Billie Holiday, etc.

Movies - Classics, action, period dramas, sci fi, etc. - favorites include Casablanca, Lone Survivor, The Godfather, Pride and Prejudice, Funny Face, Jane Eyre, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Amelie, Breakfast at Tiffany's, etc. etc. etc.

Books - This is a long list (I love to read), but I in short love anything by Jane Austin, CS Lewis, Tolkien, Charlotte Bronte, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ate the world's best gyro and doner when I visited Greece and Turkey two years ago. Changed my freaking life.

I've also walked through some pretty dodgy alleys in NYC, LA, Chicago, DC, Minneapolis, Miami, Izmir, London, Paris, and Athens and have lived to tell the tale which I think is pretty amazing :)
