I'm a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Biology and Fine Arts. I've lived a majority of my life studying vigorously in the library and learning in the classroom, which is wonderful and something I truly appreciate, but I am a firm believer that the best way to learn is from experiencing the world with others. I am at heart, an artist, and love to create and relish in the beauty of the world. Exploring and understanding the natural world is incredibly important to me, just as how immersing myself in different cultures as much as possible plays a huge role in my life. Although I am still vaguely new to the Couchsurfing community, I am so thankful that I have a tangible way of connecting with others who understand how important and life-changing traveling is. Learning about those who are different from us is be the best way to view the world!
