About Me

Hi there, my name is Olivia, I was born in Taiwan, all my 4 brothers, and parents are living in Taiwan, only me live in overseas Australia, I have lived in Perth for 8 years now, a working holiday visa that was where I started my journey in Australia, first 2 years I met a lot of amazing friends from different countries in a hostel and had a great time with them. Met my partner in Australia, so we settle down, have a lovely dog she is 3 years old. I love to exercise, do outdoor activities, bake, grow my vegetables(since covid started), walk my dog, and travel. Like everyone, haven’t been able to travel since the covid hit. Now, it’s time to travel again!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet new friends, travel and stay in different countries with the local people, know about a different culture, and share experiences and thoughts, it would be amazing to start CouchSurfing :)

Interests

I love all sorts of food, especially Asian food. I love animal and would love to go to Africa to see them, one of my friend live in Kenya, and I hoping I will go there this year. started kayaking recently, like hiking, walking in the park with my dog, happy to see her play with another dog. I love the beach in the hot summer, a bit of wave would bring joy but a big wave would freak me out, I don't like deep water...
Baking is one of my favorite things because I can make less sugar, and also seeing friends enjoy my dessert and cookies is my biggest satisfaction.
Learning about different cultures can open my eyes and my mind!
I have had my veg garden since covid started it because it was an uncertain condition, didn't want to go shopping often, sold out the veg in the shop, one of my coworker was growing his veg at little garden bed, I thought I could try it, that's how I started it, I love to have my own veg, but now I'm going herb more than other plants.
Travel it make me happy :D
