I came to New Zealand for a geology PhD program -- I'm originally from the US -- but I've stayed for the amazing people I've met and the incredible natural beauty.
When I'm not in the lab studying Antarctica climate dynamics/worrying about climate change, I love to be outside spending my time in the hills alpine climbing, skiing, and playing bananagrams in backcountry huts.
