About Me
Hello! 😊
Passionate feeler, mover and creator, with a heart in the earth and dreams in the sky.
I love to hike barefoot, dance freely, climb waterfalls and swim in any body of water I find.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Humans are incredible. When we take the time to share space and connect, particularly in an apparent 'randomness' that travelling brings, we meet reflections that shine new light on our selves.
I'm here to learn, to share, to co-create magic and that all happens in meeting.
Interests
I'm most passionate about delving deep into somatic arts, dance as storytelling, healing and modality to understand the self. Embodiment arts and practices as a way to connect to the whole.
I'm a late student of dance and music (currently learning the Sanku - a modified Kora- and guitar) and find these arts in a sense of devotion to be like gold for the soul.
I find deep roots in my yoga practice (and occasionally teach) as well as exploration of the physical and energetic bodies through both Yoga and my work as a massage therapist.
I am a child of the forest and love most to be in nature, in relation with the life around me. I hope to use these arts to facilitate deeper connection for others to the natural world. I love to learn of anamistic cultures, and how, embedded in stories, we can create in harmony with life around us.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have an ever growing list if favourite sounds, but I never learn, remember or download/store most of these songs..
Music of the now includes: Sonah Jobartah, fatoumata diawara, porangui, deya dova, danit, Tijuana cartel.. So much. I love medicine music of South America, I love traditional healing songs from all over the globe. I love devotional music and kirtan, mantras.. I love electronic music that takes you on a journey. I love raw drums that lift the feet and propell you off the earth. I love the instrumentals and drones that allow space to craft with the music.
I rarely watch films, though there are some really magnificent ones out there! And books ---- braiding sweet grass.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
.... Breathed into this universe?!?! It's been incredible.
I have lived many wild lives in my few years...
Having lived in jungle communities through Colombia, in India, Mexico.
Hitchhiked the Atlantic Ocean by sailboat with a virgin crew, lived in a cave in Andalusia, in a hammock on an Indian beach... Swam with dolphins on the Great Barrier Reef..
Lots of things that externally appear wild.
But the most amazing things for me have come in moments of stillness, of quiet - opening heart and soul to tribe and friends, learning to live in rawness and honesty beyond what I could have imagined.
Teach, Learn, Share
OoooooOoo yeah baby this is what we're here for!!
I love to learn about embodiment arts, dance/somatic practices/ yoga/ martial arts/circus/ fire spinning and hoop/ Arial silks
And Im a trained Yoga teacher as well as massage therapist and love to share and build on my understanding of the human bodies with you!
Foraging and living from locally grown edible wild plants, mushrooms and seaweeds is close to my heart and I love to learn of the healing and properties of herbs - the role of each life within an ecosystem.
I would love so much to share in dance practices with anyone, using these tools as self exploration!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Foooood cooked with love always 🌱🌱🌱☀️ stories of adventure, a little wisdom of misadventure maybe, knowledge of Yoga/Ayurveda and herbal healing/plant wisdom, dance and somatic practices.
Laughs.
Honesty.
Hope :)
