After finishing university in Spring of 2011, I decided to take a year to explore the world. Traveling has been the most incredible experience, and my 'places to visit' list only continues to grow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I began couchsurfing when I arrived in Australia after hearing about it from a travel friend. I have made close friends with everyone I have surfed with so far, and am so excited to continue networking, surfing more couches, and of course hosting surfers when I return home!

Have only been part of the couchsurfing community for a short time, but have met some incredible people and look forward to meeting more

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh music, there is no end to this list but some favorites are Elliot Smith, Modest Mouse, Devendra Banhart, Rocky Votolato, Bob Dylan. And being a child of the 90's in Seattle, I have a pretty huge soft spot for Nirvana, Soundgarden, Hole and the likes.Not a huge movie person, but I can't get enough literature. Currently reading 100 Years of Solitude.
