I am originally from the U.S., but I moved to Vienna, Austria in 2019 to work as an English teaching assistant.

Lately, I've been spending my time biking around Vienna, finding the best book stores, eating lots of cake with coffee, and practicing Austrian German.

I like to read, write, cook, go for aimless walks, have good conversation with coffee or beer or tea.

Many books - novels, poetry, essays, philosophy, history. I recently read and adored The Idiot by Elif Batuman.
