Besides being a hardcore digital native, social media, and market enthusiast I also love traveling and have done so my entire life. With a very international background (American Dad, and Swedish/Danish Mother).
I have lived in countries such as USA, China, England, Argentina, and Uruguay, and have always enjoyed traveling, all in which has made my horizons broad and curious.

In my spare time, I enjoy having a glass of wine with friends, kayaking somewhere beautiful, taking photos or a good crime novel, with a hot cup of coffee the true danish "Hygge" - I'll introduce you to it!

Most travel guides pride themselves on authenticity, as an example: If you want to do as the local people do, then you have to go to eat at this place, and shop at this store. Yet nothing’s really more authentic than an actual local taking you around the city to all of their favorite places, telling you things about the city that only someone from that city would know. Whereas most people only get to dip a toe into another culture, Couchsurfing allows me to dive in headfirst. You may not walk away knowing all the details of the country's history and society, but you’ll come away with a sense of what it’s like to walk around in the shoes of a local, even if just for a few days.
