I love the teachings / principles common to neuroscience, human physiology, and ancient wisdom traditions ( in particular: Buddhist, Taoist, Vedic, Kabbalist, Judaic, Sufi, and Native Spirituality), and I'm even more in Love with cultivating these principles through practices/actions such:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet people, and travellers tend to be that much more willing to show and share who they really are.
I've hosted many people and loved having them all. And I can't say enough about the wonderful people who've opened their homes and lives to me.

Glitch ( OPIUO ) Funk, Soul, Blues, Old Country, Mountain Music, 70's Rock (ACDC, Rolling Stones - I sing both these genres) , Folk (Neil Young, Dylan, Reggae, Classical ... what can I say I like music
Movies: So many movies!!! I love movies about true stories and fiction that inspire us to dare to dream about possibilities we'd like to create and support.
