About Me

Hey There!

My name is Olivia and I'm an AuPair from Germany who likes to travel :)

I want to see as much from the world as possible and gain a lot of experiences!

I'm an open-minded and friendly person, who loves to try out new things. I'm always up for good entertainment, so having fun is really important to me .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got here because of a friend. I only did it twice so far and I really enjoyed it ! It's much more fun because you stay with people who are local. They know the best spots and can give you advices whenever you need one. You also build great friendship here and in general, everything is much more personal. :)

Interests

I'm pretty basic about that. I love sports, especially soccer since I played it for years back home. I also love to hang out with friends, going out but also to hang out at home and read a book.
Simple and easy :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I actually like every kind of music, but I prefer RnB and HipHop the most. I'm always up for new stuff, so if you got any suggestions, I'm interested !

Bollywood movies are the only romantic/drama movies I watch and really enjoy, lol. Otherwise probably every comedy movie that there is out there.

Osho is my favourite author of all time. I probably have read all of his book, but "emotional wellness" is his best work in my view. If you have never heard of him or even never read one of his book, this is what you should do.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm actually from Eritrea, which is a country in Eastafrica and I feel like don't much people know about it or mistake it for being a part of Ethiopia.
Even though I'm eritrean, I was born and raised in Germany, so I grew up bilingual with two different cultures.
I hope I can teach you some of my culture and bring a part of Eastafrica and Germany to you.

I'm here to learn more about the american culture and the american living. So if you got a different background the better. I love to learn about different cultures and their way of living.

What I Can Share with Hosts

To me it's funny to exchange experiences and adventures. If you're interested in getting to know other cultures, then I hope to hear from you
