Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling for 3 months now and I want to get a real feel for a place through meeting locals instead of doing tourist activities all the time. I feel that this is the best way of getting to know a place. I want to get local recommendations for things to do. I lived with a Guatemalan family for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. Eating local dishes and meeting people through them gave me a better experience. I also want to improve my Spanish and I feel this is a good way to practice.

- Enjoy the outdoors: hiking, running, swimming, diving etc.
- Play sports at home: Rugby, football, tennis.
- Musical: going to concerts and I also play the guitar
- Extremely chilled out and always keen to go for a drink and socialise.
- Love pets: especially dogs.
