ABOUT ME

Traveling is my passion. I've been blessed to see some amazing places in the world so far ... but I still have plenty left to see!

I am in a residency program, working long hours. Not much time to travel right now, but would love to host.

I do love my country, but tend to leave it as often as possible :)

PHILOSOPHY

Live. Serve. Laugh. Love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was working with a mobile clinic in Malawi, I took a holiday for a couple days and went on a safari in Zambia. The first night I was there I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of rustling leaves outside my tent. I unziped the front of my tent and low and behold, there was a huge Bull Elephant eating 6 inches from my tent. My heart was pounding so hard because I didn't want to freak out and scare him. I knew he could hear my heartbeat too--they have such huge ears-- but I just kept my cool and watched him graze and eat for the next couple hours. It was amazing to be able to observe him in that setting.
