ABOUT ME

I'm frequently busy meeting new people and/or keeping in touch with the many I know. Traveling and crossing cultural boundaries have been a part of my life since I was a child, so I'm always in pursuit of more. At the same time, I do try to balance my life with some grounding with what I have in front of me... Ah, those balances. I keep a card at my (hyper-analytical) work desk that states, "balance abounds."

PHILOSOPHY

Trust. I strive to trust the world, myself, fate, everyone I meet (and don't meet) more and more.

I got started because I want to couch surf, but hosting is so far such a great experience, that I'm not sure which I'll be active in more.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The moment, hiking alone, when I found my first moai on Easter Island was amazing, and the beginning of an incredible (possibly spiritual) experience on the island, where I felt vastness and security, despite being on a tiny island in the middle of the biggest ocean.
