Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am on CS because I like people. Is a simple and short sentence, I know, but it is really authenthic and reflective of my inner nature and attitude towards life. I like to share with others, to know from the others, to discover something about me from the others. I also like to spend some time alone...sometimes :-) I love travelling, and i think that CS is a good way to get in touch with local people and learn about the place you visit.

Interessen

Nature, cultures, world and jazz music, cinema, food, wine and travels. More? cooking, yoga, horse riding, boat sailing, rock climbing, mountain trek....more? I studied cultural anthropology, at the moment working in Museums and Heritage field.

Reading: something I love and sometimes I miss, expecially if we talk about readings that have nothing to do with the job! so sad!

Music: absolutely present in my life! I told you that I love world music but it is only to simplify the issue...
I love to discover sounds and artists from aborad, and from my country as well, players with the genres, with instruments, ancient and new explorers.
I like blues, jazz, word music, popular music, reggae, afro beat, several italian songwriters .

Cinema: I love Cinema and I also studied cinema at the Universtity. I have my favourites...changing every year! I basically follow the branch that french people call 'Film de Essai'

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent three months with a little tiny population living along the estern shores of Lake Turkana, Kenya.. And I wrote an Ethnography of this people, as the second person in the word. The first one was an American Lady who stayed among them dping research in 1974!

I love cooking and I can teach you the basics of italian cousine. Or if you like, I can give you also an advanced course, I am well prepared ;-)
