Hi!

I am Omair Khalid, OK for short! :)

I am a Robotics engineer currently working in Pisa. My masters degree has given me the privilege to live in France, Spain and UK. One of the biggest motivations of choosing my masters degree, which was full of mobility in different countries, was, of course, to see the beauty of the world and that of the people, to find out more about the world and more of myself. Looking forward to more of such experiences!

I am always on the lookout for the next adventure which will make me grow as a person and sprinkle some extremely "tangy" memories on my life. I believe that I am an open minded person, driven by a childlike wonder to learn about different cultures and people. I love to share : thoughts, ideas, food(yes, even food, although I am bad at cooking ) etc. I am lately trying to be more open to new experiences, keep life simple, and be more kind to myself and to others.

Through Couchsurfing, I would love to explore how people live, think in different parts of the world and explore the common connection of humanity between us. Indulging in local experiences is my ultimate goal whenever I travel to a new city/country because it brings me new ideas, friends, and experiences.
