To always be learning, to help others with what I learn, and to design my lifestyle so that I am always easily able to spend time with and put the people I love first.

ABOUT ME

Some of my favorite things include the beach, good tunes, good food, and good beer with good company. I strive to combine as many as possible of the above as often as possible, and am always thrilled to find new beaches, tunes, food, beer, and friends.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT live in BOSTON. Gloucester is about an hour train ride away, and a great place to visit in the summer, but I've had a lot of requests from people coming specifically for work or school and under the impression that I live much closer to the city, and my location isn't convenient for them after all. If I have the opportunity, though, I'm always happy to go into Boston for the day or evening!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and been hosted many times and it has always been an awesome experience. I love meeting other CouchSurfers and having company stay, and showing them around when I have the time, and seeing my hometown with new eyes.

If you stay with me, I'll take you to my favorite pubs and likely my favorite breakfast spots. I'm also happy to take you to some divey bars so you can really get a taste of the local flavor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A couple months after joining, meeting some other CouchSurfers and hearing their stories, I decided this was definitely for me. I went for it, bought a plane ticket and went on my first CouchSurfing adventure through Europe, hanging out with CSers in Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Basel City and Cologne. What an incredible time! Discovering CouchSurfing has opened a door for me to do many things I may not have done for many years otherwise and experience destinations in a way I would not have without CouchSurfing.
