Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing in an awesome way to get to know a place from a local perspective. Why fall into tourist traps and the same five recommended sites when you can see everything a place has to offer from the view of someone who loves that place enough to live there? I also think it's a great way to meet interesting people from all over!
